ROGER

is Ceo’s right hand and mysterious personal bodyguard. From parts unknown, he was snatched up by Ceo while running away from Eco-One (Ranger Headquarters). He is a color- changing Snow Leopard who has also been affected by Shepherd’s “Super Supplement.” His eyes also change with his mood. After his capture Ceo sent him to the world’s best facility to be trained in the Martial Arts of swordsmanship, archery and demolitions. Roger is truly a one-cat assassin! Roger prefers the deadly precision of the Samurai sword. He also carries a sharp vocabulary, coupled with a cheeky English accent. Roger can be heard saying the phrase “Clearly you’re mistaken” to those who fall to his might. He is very cunning indeed.
