is a main character. He is a human Bio-Chemist from India, and the creator of the Earth-Force Rangers. He was once the “sweetheart” of the science community, and winner of many awards. Shepherd is also the former Vice President of Research & Development for Food Science Corp. He was stripped of his status after releasing a dangerous product to many stores. But this was not his fault! Someone mysteriously broke into Shepherd’s computer and erased important product data. The un-tested product was released and it got millions of people sick. That mistake caused FSC’s stock to drop and Shepherd was forced to resign. Before his resignation, Shepherd created another vitamin. It is his greatest invention yet! He designed a super pill for the military, but he also made an environmental mess during his research! His new formula leaked into the ground and made a huge mess. Now under court order he must clean up the problem. If he fails, he faces prison and may never work in science again! His new mission is to locate environmental hazards and fight global destruction. With the help of the Earth-Force Rangers, Evil won’t stand a chance!
